How to completely uninstall Webex on Mac
Dragging Webex to the Trash removes the app itself, but its support files, caches and settings stay on your Mac. Here is where they are and how to remove all of them.
The Webex app keeps its local data and cache in ~/Library/Application Support/Cisco Spark, named after the app's earlier name. The older Webex Meetings app is a separate app with its own folder. Dragging either to the Trash leaves these behind.
Quit Webex, including its menu bar icon. Messages, spaces and cloud recordings are stored by Webex, but recordings you saved locally are ordinary files wherever you chose to save them, so keep those. If your employer installed Webex, it may be put back by device management.
Cisco-Systems.SparkRemove Webex by hand
- Quit Webex. If it has a menu bar icon or runs in the background, quit that too.
- Open the Applications folder and drag Webex to the Trash.
- In Finder, choose Go > Go to Folder (Shift-Command-G), paste each location below, and move what you find to the Trash. Not every location exists for every version.
- Empty the Trash, then restart your Mac so nothing from Webex is left running.

The quick way
Diskzy finds Webex and the files listed here, shows the size of each one, and moves them to the Trash together. Files that another app also uses are left alone.
