How to completely uninstall Epic Games Launcher on Mac
Dragging Epic Games to the Trash removes the app itself, but its support files, caches and settings stay on your Mac. Here is where they are and how to remove all of them.
The launcher is small next to the games it installs. Games go to /Users/Shared/Epic Games by default, and launcher data and caches are in ~/Library/Application Support/Epic. Removing the launcher alone leaves every installed game on disk.
Uninstall games from the launcher's Library first, or delete /Users/Shared/Epic Games yourself afterwards. Check that cloud saves are turned on for the games that support them. Saves for other games are stored by each game, often in your Library or Documents folder, and are your data.

- Quit Epic Games. If it has a menu bar icon or runs in the background, quit that too.
- Open the Applications folder and drag Epic Games to the Trash.
- In Finder, choose Go > Go to Folder (Shift-Command-G), paste each location below, and move what you find to the Trash. Not every location exists for every version.
- Empty the Trash, then restart your Mac so nothing from Epic Games is left running.

The quick way
Diskzy finds Epic Games and the files listed here, shows the size of each one, and moves them to the Trash together. Files that another app also uses are left alone.
